What is the EU warranty label?
The EU warranty label is the EU-wide, official consumer notice about the legal guarantee (at least 2 years) under Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960. Online sellers must display it prominently in their shop before the contract is concluded, from 27 September 2026.
Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960 makes the warranty label mandatory for all B2C online sellers.
The key requirements of Regulation (EU) 2025/1960 as a ready-made label on your product page - set up in minutes, no coding.
Once activated, the label appears automatically on all matching product pages - new products are picked up via webhook.
The official notice adapts automatically to your customer's language and appears in the correct EU official language - as the law requires, from German and English to Maltese and Irish.
Activated as a native theme block with one click in the theme editor. No edit to your theme code, compatible with any theme.
If you advertise a manufacturer's guarantee, the GARAN label (Annex II) adds brand, model and duration - only when a real guarantee exists.
Exclude products by type, tag, collection or individually (e.g. B2B, services) and keep coverage and status in view.
Import and export configurations via CSV, manage GARAN data in bulk, and export proof as a PDF.
The GARAN label (Annex II of Regulation (EU) 2025/1960) is used only when you advertise a commercial manufacturer's guarantee - with brand, model and duration per § 479 BGB.
