There is a free plan plus Starter ($29), Growth ($79) and Pro ($199) per month. Limits for active quizzes and responses scale with the plan; the figures in the Shopify Partner Dashboard are authoritative.
After uninstallation, all shop data is permanently deleted within 48 hours at the latest via the Shopify webhook.
